This morning, I have awakened with a mixture of emotions. I am looking out of my office window and it is wet and miserable, a stereotypical summer’s day in Lancashire (UK). Graham Silverstone RS Skeleton

The Graham Silverstone RS Skeleton combines polished and hand-drawn-strokes steel (for the case), ceramic (for the bezel), aluminum (for the knurled, colored ring under the bezel) and rubber (for the strap, which sports a distinctive tire-tread pattern). The case is 46 mm in diameter and features polished bevels on the lugs. The skeletonized dial has a bicompax arrangement, with two chronograph-counter subdials at 3 o’clock and 9 o’clock, and offers a view into the watch’s “engine,” Graham’s automatic Caliber G1790. The winding crown is secured by a bayonet system with a safety colored ring. The sapphire crystal has an inscribed Graham logo and boasts non-reflective treatment on both sides. read more

Graham Partners With Navy SEAL Foundation for Limited-Edition Watch (Updated with Live Photos)

Graham, the Swiss watch brand with British roots, has partnered with a decidedly American institution for its new limited-edition watch. This latest version of the Graham Chronofighter Oversize, which launches tonight at a special ceremony aboard the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum in New York, is the product of a collaboration with the Navy SEAL Foundation.

The Graham Oversize Chronofighter Navy SEAL Foundation — a limited edition of 500 pieces — makes an immediate martial impression with its gray-toned, digital camouflage-patterned dial. Graham says that the watch was designed with the needs of the U.S. Navy’s highly specialized Sea, Air Land (SEAL) team in mind: the watch has been tested for endurance in climatic conditions ranging from scorching deserts to hot, humid jungles to icy Arctic environments. The watch also embodies “stealth” with the dark hues of its 47-mm-diameter case with black PVD coating, and the use of carbon fiber for the side-mounted “trigger,” a hallmark of Graham’s chronograph watches. read more
